We're not a coffee bar... not a cafe! Weekly Roast is an independent coffee roaster based out of Orlando, Florida. We roast in small batches, only roasting after orders are placed, and mailing via expedited shipping for 2-3 day delivery in the lower 48 states.

Our coffees are labeled with the coffee farm location, elevation of where the coffees were grown and coffee varietal as well as a description of the flavors we taste for you to use as a guide as you experience our coffee. We also note the roast date on each of our bags. We ship within 24 hours of roasting, often shipping same day.

Coffee is a seasonal crop, so we frequently offer different single origin coffees. Our artisan roaster roasts based on sight, sound and smell, bringing out the origin flavors of each coffee bean. We never burn or scorch our coffee, we roast to a medium dark profile to bring out the best flavors.
